FREE Prezi Template – Circles

Circles are everywhere and are as popular, as ever, in design! Although we don’t recommend using circular frames in Prezi, circles themselves can be a very effective design tool.

The beauty of this template is that it will suit almost any presentation subject and is infinitely editable. The three colours are there to represent the three act structure and to help you organise your content into relevant sections:

  • Introduction
  • Act 1
  • Act 2
  • Act 3
  • Conclusion/Summary

Add section content to one of the main coloured circles and then delve deeper into more detail with the coordinating, smaller circle. You can also make use of the white space, remembering to keep the look clean and uncluttered.

I would always recommend zooming to a particular area, exploring the content there and then zooming back out to the ‘Big Picture’, unless you have a specific reason; for example panning all the way across a map to demonstrate distance. Only zoom and pan for a reason! Zoom for emphasis and pan for distinction.

If you would like some help using Prezi effectively, to create interesting and memorable presentations you can now get our Prezi for Professionals eBook FREE and read ‘Prezi – The Second Wave’.

When designing templates, we always have the 3 Act Speech Structure in mind, to help you create a well organised, structured and memorable presentation. As always, you can use them as you want, and over and over again.

I hope you enjoy this template, along with our others. We are always interested to hear how you have used them!
