If you have lots of figures to pass on in your message, it’s really easy to end up with a dull and forgettable presentation. By using visual representations of numbers and percentages you immediately engage your audience.
Here we’ve used people, (there are both men and women available), as the backdrop, and blue squares to represent active amounts. Right away, it’s easy to see what is happening with the numbers, and how they relate to each other.
The top of each section gives you a space to introduce the subject area; white space within the people offers an opportunity to look a little deeper; the grey boxes are useful for further content and the areas at the bottom give space for a round-up/conclusion area at the bottom. This template, of course, is completely flexible and the elements from the template can be used as you wish to best present your information.
Here’s one example of how the Prezi template can be used.
When designing templates, we always have the 3 Act Speech Structure in mind, to help you create a well organised, structured and memorable presentation. As always, you can use them as you want, and again and again.
I hope you enjoy the template. We are always interested to hear how you have used them!
