You can use our March template to present results, research, in fact, almost any subject that relates to what is happening, globally, in your area of expertise.
Once you have broken down your message into relevant sections, use the circles to add your section content. You can also type directly into Prezi and use the pins to highlight areas of particular interest, and use the icons if they are relevant to you. Prezi also has a great selection of icons, shapes and symbols that you can use to personalise your design even further. The hexagon pointers are great for adding information, without cluttering up your main image.
Avoid panning from one side of your canvas to the other. It can confuse viewers and make them feel dizzy. Instead, zoom in to a section, move around your content and then zoom back out to your main picture, before moving on to the next part of your presentation. This will help your audience follow your message and keep them engaged.
If you would like some help using Prezi effectively, to create interesting and memorable presentations you can now get our Prezi for Professionals eBook FREE.
When designing templates, we always have the 3 Act Speech Structure in mind, to help you create a well organised, structured and memorable presentation. As always, you can use them as you want, and again and again.
I hope you enjoy the template. We are always interested to hear how you have used them!
