‘We haven’t the time or the patience to learn Prezi, Can you help us?’
So said the CEO of one of our customers as we started the discussion about a Prezi strategy for her amazing business this week. So many of our clients think like this. They want the benefits that a Prezi capability can bring them as one of a range of presenting tools; but they don’t want the hassle of building their own, in-house capacity. They tend to find that outsourcing their Prezi production:
- Is a more cost-effective approach – if you only want to develop one Prezi (a generic, reusable sales pitch for example) for your business to use.
- Is more time efficient – as learning the Prezi tool is easy (8 hours) but learning to use it well takes about 50 times that unless you’re a trained designer, and even then it’s not straightforward if you want to avoid all that nauseating zooming and spinning.
- Leads to higher quality results – because enthusiasm for Prezi and knowledge of your products and services is brilliant, but it doesn’t make for effective presentations that work in the field.
