We’re going to ask you to look at some pretty simple things in the first part of this book. Then we’re going ask you to identify some fundamentals to work on. Again simple things that when done well will see you through.

In short we’re going to ask you to look at your business and identify clearly-

  1. What do you love to do?
  2. What do you do well?
  3. What do your clients need right now?
  4. What do potential clients need that you’re already doing for clients like them?
  5. How can you best communicate those simple messages to them?
  6. What’s the minimum amount of process you need to make sure that you do it?
  7. How are you different (really different) to your key competitors
