Prezi

Will my Prezi be Stolen?

You’ve slaved away for hours making your Prezi just right – and you don’t want some other swine to get all of the credit for your hard work. Or perhaps you haven’t even started to design a Prezi because you know the dangers of every Tom Dick or Harry being able to see the sensitive information you need to present. Here’s your guide to who can see and edit your Prezis.

Who can see my Prezi if I’ve got a free account?

The free Prezi account will make all of your presentations public. This means that anybody will be able to see your Prezis, and you can’t change this unless you upgrade your account.   By default, your Prezis will also be saved as “Public and Allow Copy”, which means others can not only see your work, but  make a copy of it to edit and use for themselves. You can make others unable to copy your Prezi.

Who can see my Prezi if I’ve got an Enjoy account?

The ‘Enjoy’ Prezi account is the middle package, which offers you a few more features than the free package for $4.92 per month. By default, your Prezis will be saved as “Public and Allow Copy” – but you can change this setting to “Public” which means others can see, but not copy, your designs; or “Private”, meaning nobody will be able to see or copy your Prezis.

Who can see my Prezi if I have a Pro account?

The ‘Pro’ account allows you to use Prezi Desktop, meaning you can access and edit Prezis without being online. Prezis saved on Prezi Desktop will be private, and nobody will be able to see or edit them.

You can still use the online Prezi editor which, as with the other accounts will by default set Prezis to “Public and Allow Copy”. You can change this setting to Private to prevent other users from seeing and copying them.
